This Privacy Policy describes how and when we gather personal information, including from visitors to our website or any website that we control that provides a link to this Privacy Policy, prospective applicants on the Careers section of our site, mobile site, or other online services (collectively, the “Site”). Information We May Collect and Use

We collect the following categories of personal information from the categories of sources described below. We use this information to operate and manage our business including, but not limited to, fulfilling your requests, evaluating your Careers profile for available positions, or determining your qualification for a loan. We may also use the information that we collect to enhance the Site’s user experience, address integrity or security issues, and conduct research and analysis to maintain, protect, develop, and improve the Site, and send you information that you request from us or promotional materials. We may also use personal information as necessary to ensure compliance with any of our policies and any applicable law, regulation or order and to enforce or defend our legal rights.

User-Provided Content. If you voluntarily submit information to us, for example, in a request for general information to one of the email contacts provided, through the submission of a business proposal, to receive a loan, or by creating a Careers profile account and uploading your resume, we may record and use any personal information, such as your name, phone number and e-mail address, employer name, employer information (i.e., employer address and other identifying information), educational information, and career history.

Correspondence. We appreciate your questions and comments about the Site and our business and welcome your messages through our Site or email. We collect the content of, and metadata regarding, any correspondence you may have with us.  We may share your messages with those within our organization who are most capable of addressing the issues contained in your message.

Online Account Management. If you access any password-protected areas of the Site, you will be required to submit personal information for the purpose of verifying your identity and your authority to manage the account. This information will be used exclusively by us and our service providers for internal use and to respond to your service requests.

Technical Information. We may record certain information that becomes available to us as a result of your visit to our Site, including, without limitation, the number and frequency of visitors to our website.

We do not, and do not intend to, sell, rent, or lease the personal information that we collect to third parties.

Do Not Track Requests

Our information collection and disclosure practices and the choices it offers to consumers will continue to operate as described in this Privacy Policy regardless of the “do not track” choice made by the consumer.

Children

This Site is not provided for individuals under the age of 18, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from minors under the age of 18.

If you are under 18, do not use or provide any information to or on the Site or through any of its features. If we learn we have collected or received Personal Information from a minor under 13 without verification of parental consent, we will delete that information.
